Jacalyn Noel Hickman, age 36, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022. Being a mother was first and foremost to her. Jacalyn loved helping others and will be remembered for her heart of gold and her infectious laughter. Even in death, Jacalyn helped others. She loved her Grammy and Pop like no other.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Jessica Haun.
Jacalyn is survived by her sons, Jonathan, James, Jeremiah; mother, Nancy Haun; brother, Michael; sister, Ericka Haun; paternal grandparents, Terry and Carol Runkle; step-father, James McCarty; uncles, Steve and Johnny; several cousins and special friend, Jacque Shaw.
The family will receive friends Monday, December 5, 2022 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920 with a service to follow at 7:00pm. The service will Live-streamed and may be viewed on the Berry Funeral Home Facebook page. Family and friends will meet Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at Lynnhurst Cemetery, 2300 Adair Drive, Knoxville for a 3:00pm Interment.
