Edna Charlene Ray Ragland, age 91 of Knoxville, TN formerly of Louisville, KY, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 18, 2020. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Ragland and parents, Harvey and Leona Ray. Edna is survived by her daughter, Myra Steinhaus and husband Dwight of Knoxville; grandson, Shawn Steinhaus and granddaughter, Shannon Steinhaus Harden. Services will be held in Magnolia, Kentucky at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 22, 2020. Family will receive friends at Dixon-Rogers Funeral home from 11am - 2pm, with the funeral to follow at 2 pm. Interment will follow at Magnolia Cemetery.
