Dianne Kear

Kear, Dianne- age 63 of Knoxville went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 21, 2012 after suffering a sudden heart attack. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. Dianne was a devoted employee of Y-12 for 36 years and was a proud mother. She was a devoted Christian who loved her grandchildren whom she was known as “Gange”. Preceded in death by her parents, John and Helen Chance and infant brother. Survived by children, Jennifer Raney and husband Trey of Knoxville; Johnny Ray Kear II and wife Tammy of Fremont, NC, Larry Kear and wife Rebecca of Knoxville; Misty Scheirer and fiance’, Don Nolan of Fayetteville, NC; grandchildren, Jared and Rebecca Raney, Brandon Kear, Laura and Matthew Rose, Andrew, Stevane and Alexander Kear; and great grandchild, Kylie Casey. Services will be on Monday, September 24, 2012 at 8:00 pm in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway, with Dr. Jerry Taylor and Rev. Perry Duncan officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 pm prior to the service. Family and friends will meet on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at 10:15 am at Berry Funeral Home to go in procession to Woodlawn Cemetery for a 11:00 am graveside service.
