She worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for 30 years at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center.
She is preceded in death by parents, Ernest and Elizabeth Martin and niece, Jennifer Phillips.
Debbie is survived by sister, Sandy Phillips; several cousins; nieces; nephews and extended family members.
The family will honor Debbie's wishes with a private graveside service at Woodlawn Cemetery.
