David Ray Wolfe, age 68, of Maryville, Tennessee departed this world on Sunday, March 19, 2023, at his home. He was a loving husband, father and friend to many. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church (Rockford). He was a member of the Scottish Rite of Free Masonry. He was employed at Norman Sheetmetal and Roofing for 37 years where he worked for Carl and Gayle Norman.
David is preceded in death by parents Raymond Charles Wolfe Jr. and Margaret Waldrup Wolfe; brothers Robert "Bobby" Charles Wolfe and Steve Wolfe and sister Debbie Dennison.
He is survived by wife Brenda Wolfe; pet Smokey; children Skyler (Samantha) Wolfe, Alyssa Johnson and Katy Wolfe; stepchildren Rhonda (Chris) Stroud, Beverly (Terry) Sutton, Sammy (Michelle) Morrison Jr. and Selina (Marty) Hopkins; sisters Judy (Doug) Beets, Donna (Ray) Houser and Kim (Chris) Miles; brother-in-law Robert Dennison; sister-in-law Valarie Wolfe and best friend Wes (Suzanne) McMillan. David also leaves behind grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Amedisys Hospice nurse Summer and CNA Monica for the wonderful care they provided for David.
The family welcomes friends for a Visitation at Berry Highland South on Thursday, March 23, 2023, from 5pm-7pm with a Funeral Service to follow at 7pm, officiated by Pastor Damon Gibson and music by Kayla Housley and Kristi Miles. Family and friends will meet at Woodlawn Cemetery on Friday, March 24, 2023, at 12:45pm for a 1pm Graveside Service.
