Clyde T. Smith Jr. went to his eternal home in the presence of family on June 20, 2017. He was a devoted family man, a man of truth and faith, and was a member of West End Church of Christ.
Clyde was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Smith Sr. and his mother, Lucille Smith. He is survived by wife, Helen Smith; daughters, Carolyn Susie Smith and Selena Smith; grandchildren, Randall (Kaitlyn) Smith, Danielle Rose, Lillian Rose, Alissa Smith, Autumn McClelland; and great-grandchildren Alessa Smith and Anthony Bassette. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 23, from 5 to 7 pm at Berry Highland West Funeral Home, 9913 Sherrill Blvd. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 24, at 1:30 at the Berry Highland West Chapel with interment following.
