Anna Kathleen (Kat) Matthews Farmer Riddle, age 96, went home on January 30, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace N. and Mary Jane Matthews; husbands, Jack T. Farmer and Donald A. Riddle; brother, Horace N. Matthews, Jr.; and daughter, Jacqueline Anne Farmer Clabough. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Peggy and Robert Jaynes; grandsons, David Clabough, Todd (Debbie) Clabough, John (Angie) Clabough; great grandchildren, Taylor, Cameron, and Will Clabough and Julia (Justin) Brinkley; great-great grandson, Cayden Clabough; and cousin, Wanda Matthews. Kat was an active and dedicated member of Riverdale Baptist Church, The Riverdale Home Demonstration Club, the International Sunshine Club, the Golden Nuggets, PTA’s of her daughters’ schools and other local organizations. She was a graduate of old Knoxville High School. Kathleen lived alone for many years, and the family would like to thank the amazing neighbors who were always ready to lend a helping hand. A celebration of life service will be held at Riverdale Baptist Church at 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 3, 2018, with the interment to follow at Stoney Point Cemetery, followed by visitation by friends and family at Riverdale Church’s Family Life Center. Pallbearers will be John, Todd, David, and Cameron Clabough, Jim McCall and Eddie Wyrick. Honorary pallbearers, who did so much to help her remain in her home, are Jerry Fawver, Herbert Warren, Jack Etherton, Danny McCloud, and Jim Beimel. Rev. Michael Vincent and Rev.
