Stephanie passed away peacefully, on Saturday January 20th at St. Mary’s Hospital after a brief illness at the age of 91.
Beloved wife of the late Adolph (2014); Cherished mother of Annamarie (Wayne) McCarter, Monica Wielonda, Harry Horn and Helen Mudie. Dearly loved Oma to Stefanie (Ken), Sara, Stuart (Janine), Laura (Bill), Karen (Samara), Jessica, Alex, Craig (Jaymie) and Angela. Great-Oma to Anna, Alex (Taylor) and Gillian, and Great-Great-Oma to Sophia. Also survived by her son-in-law George, her sisters-in-law Karoline and Hanna, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her son Art (2009), parents Annamarie and Adam, her siblings; Eva, Adam, Jakob, Henry, Peter, and Anni.
Cremation has taken place. A remembrance of Stephanie’s life will take place at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S. on Thursday January 25, 2018 at 3pm with a memorial visitation one hour prior at 2 pm.
