After a brave and courageous battle with cancer, Lenny passed away surrounded by family at the Hospice of Windsor and Essex County on Thursday May 12, 2016 at the age of 72. Lenny will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by his best friend of 20 years Anna Marie Perrier.
Dearly loved father of Laurie Brown (David) and Scott Warner and their mother Veronica. Precious Popcorn Papa to Raylynn, Austin, and Alec Brown. Grandpa to Daniel and Erin Warner. Fondly remembered by Kathleen Larocque (Warner) Lenny will be sadly missed by his best buddy Christopher Heer (Cori). Proud Opa to Robynn & Zackery Heer. Also, Patrick Perrier and son Johnathon. Fondly remembered by brother Larry and his children Jeffery, Jamie, Shawn, Matthew, Jesse and Jodi. Reunited with his loving daughter Debroah Ann Warner (July 2, 1984).
Lenny was a dedicated employee of Lear Corporation Kitchener as a millwright for 37 years. In his retirement years, Lenny enjoyed extensive travels and spent many winters in Mexico with his dear "M". He was a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus Council 1504 Kitchener, and a distinguished member of the "BROTHERHOOD OF THE BAT". Lenny was a fun loving guy, and will be remembered always by those whose lives he touched. Lenny's family will receive friends at the Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S. Kitchener (at Westmount Rd.) 519-743-8900 on Monday May 30th from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral liturgy will be in the Westmount Chapel on Tuesday May 31st at 1:30 pm.
