It is with deep love and sorrow that we announce the passing of Jean on September 26, 2014 at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Roy S. Thompson. Deeply loved and sadly missed by son Larry E. Thompson, grandson Branden Paul Thompson and his partner Kelsey, great grandson Maxwell, sisters Evelyn (Wally) Weber, Valera (Earl) Phillips, Nancy Herter and JoAnn (Rich) Beaupre. Predeceased by her parents Howard Thaler and Mildred Weber and her sisters Mary P. in infancy, Dorothy Scott and brothers Walter, Gerald, and William. A Memorial Service will be held at Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, ON N2G 1C7 on Thursday October 2, 2014 at 1 pm. with visitation one hour prior from 12-1 pm. Cremation has taken place. Interment to follow at Parkview Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
