Dennis, Scott & family, Chris and I extend our deepest sympathies to my cousins and their families during this difficult time.  

The memory I would like to share is the summer before I entered grade 7, my Mom (Yvonne) and I went to Florida with Uncle Herman,  Aunt Phyllis and Shelly.  We went to Disneyland.  We drove in Uncle Herman's station wagon with their trailer in tow.  It was exciting to go to Disneyland and upon arriving at the toll booth to pay for our parking, the attendant told us to remember the name of the parking lot we where parking in since they had had several visitors forget where they had parked after spending the day at  Disney.   The parking lot which we parked in was Chip N' Dale.  So after a very long day at Disney, we where heading back to the parking lot.  Uncle Herman was not really sure which lot we where in, so the discussion between the adults began.  My Mom (Yvonne) said it was Chip N' Dale but Uncle Herman was sure she was wrong.  So after a very long time wondering around the various parking lots, the station wagon was found in Chip N' Dale.  This was lesson that I have passed on to my own family, always remember the name, number, row, etc.  of where you park your vehicle.  It saves time and tempers. 

Erick and I are so sorry to hear of Herman's passing. Herman and Phyllis meant the world to us. We had so much fun together, and there are so many great memories. I'll never forget the time that Herman lost his false teeth in the lake. Dixie and I thought that was quite funny. They were great people, and always made you laugh. They will be sorely missed. Love and prayers . Always thinking about all of you.

Sherry ,Shelly,Brian; I was so sorry to hear your dad passed away, so many fond memories between our families, we all LOVED your Mom and Dad !

Words can’t express how saddened we are to hear of your loss.” Herman was such a fun loving man  He lived his life to the fullest.  Herman and his wife Phyllis would always put a smile on your face and make sure you had a good time when they were around.  They were very good friends  with my mom and dad , Murray and Geneva welton. Geneva also sends her heartfelt sympathies  to the family. Herman will be forever  missed but never forgotten. ❤❤❤

Herman was such a special person as was Phyllis . I fell in love with them both when I first met them. Your Mom was always up for fun and your Dad was an honest and hard working man who also loved to have fun. Every time we went to visit them they would take us out to eat in new places. I had my first feed of pickerel  with them and also broasted chicken. I know how much they love all their children and how proud they were of each and everyone of you, especially the grandchildren. Darrell and I will sadly miss him. We are so sorry for your loss. Love and prayers. God Bless.
