CARTER On Tuesday, September 21, 2010, Norman George Carter, Willowdale Lodge, Kipling, SK., and formerly of Windthorst, SK. passed away peacefully at the age of 92 years. Norman was born on November 1, 1917. A graveside service will be held at the Windthorst Town Cemetery, Windthorst, SK on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Janet Sigurdson officiating. Norman leaves to mourn his sister Vernice Moss and numerous nieces and nephews. Norman was predeceased by his parents George and Mary Ellen Carter; three brothers: Alexander (Sandie), Arthur and Harold; three sisters: Edith Phillips, Evelyn Mills and Irma Swallow; four brothers-in-law: Bob Mills, Art Phillips, Henry Moss and Jack Swallow; one sister-in-law Nellie Carter.
