Tristan Lee Maddux, 18, of Kingwood TX went to be with his Lord on March 3, 2019. Tristan was born July 10, 2000 in Kingwood, TX to parents Jeffrey Lance Maddux and Karen Shultz Maddux. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Jerry Maddux Sr. He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Karen Maddux, brother Austin Maddux, grand parents Bob and Judy Shultz, and Shelia Mottram, Uncles Robert “Robby” Shultz and Jerry Maddux Jr., Aunts Susan Menchaca and Machelle Wallace, as well as many cousins and friends that were a loving part of his life.
Tristan enjoyed sports and was a natural athlete. He also loved music, hunting, fishing, camping, the ocean and the outdoors. He also loved animals, particularly his cats Izzy and Kye. Prior to his death, he discussed his plan and desire to join the military.
Services will be held at Kingwood Funeral Home, 22800 Hwy 59 North, Kingwood, TX 77339. Visitation will be held Friday March 8, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Memorial service will be held at the same location on March 9, 2019 at 11:00 AM.
