Kenneth (Ken) Duane Carpenter went to be with our Heavenly Father in the early morning of June 26th in Humble, TX at the age of 65. Ken was born October 21, 1948 in Poteau, Oklahoma. He served his country with honor as a member of the Special Forces of the U.S. Army, earning numerous decorations including a Bronze Star and Purple Heart. He and his wife Colleen were active members of St. Martha's Catholic Church in Kingwood, Texas. He is survived by his sons Michael, Scott, and Andrew, his daughter-in-laws Brenda, Helen, and Kelly, 6 grandchildren Michael, Adriana, Devon, Lincoln, Khloe and Deacon and siblings Ramona Floyd, Linda Legrande, Michael Carpenter and Walter Carpenter.
