James "Jim" Jones, age 75, of Jonesborough, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at his residence.
He retired from the Davey Tree Service of Johnson City after 35 years of service.
He was the son of the late Conley E. and Mary Bowers Jones, and was also preceded in death by his 4 siblings: Joseph Jones, Virginia Folkner, Johnny Jones and Mary Stewart.
Jim leaves behind his loving wife, Theresa "Kathy" Jones; daughter: Kim Cornett; granddaughters: Kassy and Hayley Cornett; siblings: Barbara (Rex) Lewis, Bob (Sharon) Jones, Pete (Tina) Jones and Danny (Martha) Jones. Along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 3:00 PM in the mausoleum of Glennwood Cemetery.
