Brenda Carter

Mrs. Brenda Booher Carter, age 76, of Carrollton, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2023. She was born on August 13, 1947 in Blountville, Tennessee, the daughter of the late, James Edward Booher and Lela Maria Booher.

Mrs. Carter spent her school years in East Tennessee and moved to Atlanta where she raised her children. Brenda returned to her hometown where she enjoyed her career in Real Estate, traveling with her husband, and collecting things. She loved her family, learning of her heritage and the changing of the seasons. She will be remembered for her welcoming spirit, sense of humor and love of tradition.

She is survived by her son and daughter in law Michael and Christina Wagoner, daughter and son in law Lori and Greg Camp and her many grandchildren and step grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Dean Allen Carter and her loving parents James Edward Booher and Lela Marie Booher.

The family wishes to thank the wonderful people at The Hudson House Personal Care home in Carrollton Georgia for their thoughtful love and attention to Brenda over the last several years.

A private family service is scheduled on December 2nd 2023 where she will be laid rest in East Tennessee.
