Rudy Felix Rodriguez

Rudy was born in Edna, Texas to Ben and Carmen Lopez Rodriguez. Rudy married Adelaida Mendez on August 2, 1958, after her passing Rudy then married Kathy Jean Prochaska on September 1, 2006, in Killeen, Texas.

Rudy retired from the U.S Army as an SSG and served in Vietnam. He loved car racing, rodeos and fishing. He always made time to go to see grandkids and great grandkids at their extracurricular activities. Rudy liked sitting on his porch with his three dogs and his wife.

Rudy was preceded in death by wife Adelaida Mendez Rodriguez, both his parents Ben and Carmen Rodriguez and one great granddaughter Hannah Davis.

Left to cherish his memories his wife Kathy Rodriguez, son Rick Rodriguez and wife Melissia. Daughter Rachel Gonzales husband Billy Joe, daughter Donna Sypion and son John Sypion. 1 brother and 4 sisters, 7 grand children and 14 great grandchildren.

A visitation and rosary for Rudy will be held Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 6:00 PM at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home, 1615 S Fort Hood St, Killeen, Texas 76542. A mass of christian burial will be Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St. Paul's Chong Hasang Catholic Church, 1000 FM 2410, Harker Heights, TX 76548.

Rudy will be laid to rest in Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, 11463 State Highway 195, Killeen, Texas 76542-4945.
