Estella J. Crawford was born to Parker and Julia Joseph on October 13, 1935 in Montezuma, Georgia.
She spent her early life in Georgia and soon moved to Lawton, Oklahoma where she graduated high school. A few years after high school she moved to Killeen, Texas where she spent the remainder of her life.
She was a reservation clerk with NAF on Ft. Hood, Texas while also serving as a Vice-President of AFGE. She retired in 2006 after 38 years of service.
She is survived by her three children: L. Diane (David) Holzschuh of Georgetown, Clayton E. Crawford of Katy, TX and Jacquelyn E Crawford of Killeen, TX. She is also survived by three sisters: Mildred Frederick and Marie Jackson of Montezuma, Georgia and Jimmie Alexander of Lawton, Oklahoma, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers; Governor, Parker, Earl Jesse and one sister Annie G. Monts.
