Charity Nicola Bailey was born to Jerry Bailey and Carolyn J. Oliver on December 1, 1979. Charity Graduated from George Washington Carver High School in 1998. Shortly after high school she attended Pasadena City College in Pasadena, California where graduated with a Associates degree in Nursing in 2003. Shortly after returning home from college she joined the United States Navy. She was diagnosed with MS while serving and was medically retired in 2004.
She leaves to cherish her memory a Loving mother Carolyn Oliver and step father Micheal Howard. One daughter Taylor Lacole Hill. Sister Lashawnda Surles (David Dudley), brother Thomas Flowers II (TJ). Five nieces Alexis, DaViana, Connie, Chequita, Tamara. Two nephews Daquarius, and David Jr. Aunt Marilyn White, and uncle James Oliver. A host of devoted Friends and other relatives.

A time of visitation for Charity will be Saturday, September 17, 2016 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Killeen from 1:00pm to 2:00pm with the funeral service starting at 2:00pm. There will also be a celebration of life for Charity on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 in her hometown of Montgomery, Alabama at Phillips Riley Funeral Home at 2:00pm.
