Bonnie Ruth Novack

Bonnie Ruth Novack passed away in Killeen, Texas on May 18, 2023. Bonnie was born to Edward and Billie Hickman, in Weslaco, Texas on August 20, 1947. Bonnie spent most of her childhood in Killeen, Texas, and was voted "Miss Killeen" in 1964. She was a graduate of Killeen High School, class of 1965. Bonnie began a career as a teacher's aide with the Killeen Independent School District in 1981. She served at the Duncan Elementary School and later Reeces Creek Elementary School for a total of 25 years until her retirement in 2006. Bonnie had a fierce, unconditional, and deep love for her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was loving and loyal to all of her family members and friends.

Bonnie is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 37 years, Conrad Novack.

She is survived by her brother Bill Hickman, son Shawn Skirvin and his wife Linda Skirvin, son Edward Skirvin and his wife Mae Skirvin, son Glen Skirvin and his wife Terrie Skirvin, son Clenton Farrington, daughter Shanti Farrington, grandchildren Vaughan Skirvin, Dajuan Wojciechowski, Ashton Skirvin, Alec Skirvin, Adam Skirvin, Athena Skirvin, David Robles, Rene Ordonez Jr, Alberto Ordonez, Joshua Ordonez, Dillon Farrington, Madison Farrington, and eight great grandchildren.

Bonnie's Viewing and Funeral will be at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen, Texas.

The Viewing will be held on May 30, 2023 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.

The Funeral Service will be on May 31, 2023 at 10:00am.

Following the Service she will be laid to rest next to Conrad at Killeen Memorial Park Cemetery.
