Angelina Viruet

Angelina Rosado Viruet, aged 76, of Killeen, Texas, passed away peacefully at her home on December 1, 2024. Born on December 4, 1947, in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico, she was the beloved daughter of Higinio Rosado Rodriguez and Juanita Perez Vega.

Angelina was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and great grandmother whose life was centered around her family. She married the love of her life, Rafael Viruet, Sr., on March 15, 1969, and together they built a life filled with love and cherished memories. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her immediate family, as she was a guiding light to her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Angelina's warmth and love will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband, Rafael Viruet, Sr., and her children: sons Rafael Viruet Jr. (Monant), Roberto Viruet, Julio Viruet, and daughter Ivette Cupeles. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren: Joel, Johnathan, Wendel, Rafael III, Roayasha, Jaison, Lydell, Ineil, Tyianna, Lexis, Roberto, and Tony, as well as her great-grandchildren Amen, Victor, Amihya, and D'Vaugn. Angelina is also survived by her brothers Wilber, Pablo, Santie, and Ramito Rosado Perez, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will forever hold her memory dear.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Anibal, Carlos, Billy, and Avelino Rosado Perez.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 7 p.m.
