Vicki Lynette Parker

On April 22, 1961, Vicki Lynette Neal was born in Milwaukee, WI to John Neal and Willodene Martin. Vicki was one of 5 children, Carolyn Jo, John Kevin, Alfreda Marie and Dorothetta Joann. Following her passions, she went onto college at University of Wisconsin-Stout where she earned a degree in clothing textiles and fashion design. Here is where she held an All American record for the high-jump event in Track & Field for over two decades. Vicki birthed three beautiful girls, Victoria Jelyn, Samantha Telyn and Ashleigh Marie. After moving from Wisconsin to, Illinois to Minnesota, where she met the love of her life, Prentis Parker. He moved her and the girls to Georgia where they merged families and created their final addition, Brandon Lord. Vicki is survived by her husband, Prentis Parker, her children, Samantha Telyn, Victoria Jelyn, Ashleigh Marie, Brandon Lord, and Marcus Parker, her grandchildren Zion Byrd, Malcolm & Maurice , her siblings John Kevin, Alfreda Marie and Dorothetta Joann. She was preceded in death by her parents Willodene & John Neal and her older sister Carolyn Jo. Her legacy of love will live on through all of the hearts and lives she has touched.
