Kimberly Duncan Walker, age 49, of Kennesaw, died Thursday, November 10, 2016. Funeral is scheduled for Sunday, November 13, 2pm at New Liberty Baptist Church in Acworth with Revs. Bobby McFarland, Scott Price, and Steve Price officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Acworth. Pallbearers are Danny Hill, Joe Lanier, David Tucker, Ried Prestwood, Chris Osika, Darrin Prewett, and honorary pallbearer Dillon Prewett. Kim was preceded in death by her grandparents – Felton and Ann Prewett & George and Annie Duncan, her uncles – Howard Wilson & Danny Prewett.
Kim was a 1985 graduate of North Cobb High School and a devoted fan of Oklahoma University Football. She was an Administrator with Kay Medical in Kennesaw and was of the Baptist Faith. Kim was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, niece, and friend.
Survivors include her parents – Marvin & Shirley Duncan of Kennesaw, sister and brother in law – Terri & Mickey Nelson of Waleska, nieces – Amber and Allee Nelson, aunts – Miranda Prewett, Mary Alice Wilson, and Barbara Prewett.
Friends are cordially invited to visit with the family at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw on Saturday, November 12 from 2 O’clock in the afternoon until 9 O’clock in the evening.
