Ms. Isabel Parrott, age 80, of Acworth, Georgia passed away Friday, December 3, 2021. Isabel was born on August 15, 1941, in Manzanares, Spain, the daughter to the late Eugenio Sanchez-Gil and Apolonia Sanchez-Maroto. One of nine children.
Isabel was called “Boni,” by her family short for “Bonita” which means beautiful in Spanish. She was vivacious and talented and was a professional singer in Spain in her younger years. She loved to sing.
She had big dreams and they brought her to America where she worked hard to achieve the American dream.
Isabel cared deeply for her family and did all she could to help them prosper, making many personal sacrifices along the way. She touched many lives. Isabel’s home was always open to family and friends she listened and gave advice freely to any, and all in need. Her influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew her.
Along with her parents, Isabel is preceded in death by her daughter Jennifer Parrott, and her five siblings. She is survived by her three loving children: daughters, Olga Markoff, Alicia Sanchez-Gil, and Maria Lawson; four grandchildren, Brandon Wolstein, Tatiana Markoff, Jake Lawson, and Lauren Lawson; Sister, Dolores Hilburn and Brother-in-Law Kenneth Hilburn; Brother Antonio Sanchez-Gil, and Eugenio Sanchez – Gil, Nieces and Nephews and many friends.
Her legacy is one of love and friendship,
Please join us to celebrate the life of Isabel Parrott. The visitation and Celebration of Life will be held at “Largos Restaurant” 214 E. Cherokee Ave. Cartersville, Georgia, from one o’ clock to three o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, December 11, 2021.
A private grave side service will be held at a later time.
