He was a loving son, brother, husband, father and grandfather.
He is preceded in death by his father, Frank M. Mead.
Survived by his wife of 28 years, Denise Mead; children, Richard M. Mead, Eric M. Mead, Valerie M. Parks and her husband, Kevin, grandaughter, Hannah M. Parks; mother, Karen M. Mead; sisters, Tammylynn M. Alsup, Jennifer Essen; and his nieces.
Memorial services will be held at 2 PM Friday Sept. 19 in the chapel of the Mausoleum at Pine Ridge Memorial Park with Rev. Larry Pollard officiating. I
Inurnment will follow in the Mausoleum.
