She was born July 20, 1951 in Oak Park, Illinois; to the late Peter J and Muriel Mae Kaminski. She grew up in Park Ridge, Illinois and graduated high school from Main South Township High School in 1969. She married Julian Wendlandt November 1, 1975 and they welcomed their only child; a daughter Michelle Baker on December 3, 1976. Claudia worked at IBM as a Systems Analyst until she retired in 1990. Claudia lived a full live devoted to her husband, her daughter, her grandchildren and family. She had a heart of service and love to her church Christ Episcopal Church Kennesaw; where she was an active and devoted member from 1986 until her death. She faithfully served in many areas which not only grew her faith, it helped her shed the light of Jesus on to all she touched. She was a faithful servant as a Stephens Minister, a Lay Eucharistic Minister, Member of ECW, Daughters of the King and the Altar Guild. She was also the founder of a non profit support group; Chronic Fatigue Fibromyalgia of Georgia (CFOG) to which she faithfully devoted and supported for over 20 years. Claudia was loved by many, and most faithfully by her Husband, Daughter and Grandchildren. She will be greatly missed; but we will live out in her honor and memory with laughter and celebration.
She is survived by her loving husband Julian Wendlandt of Kennesaw, GA, her daughter Michelle (Neil) Baker of Dallas, GA; her granddaughter Savana Brunet of Cartersville, GA; Airman Pierre A Brunet II currently in Lackland, TX from Cartersville, GA; her brother Brett (Debbie) Kaminski of Grayslake, IL; her brother Bruce Kaminski of Dodgeville, WI, her niece and nephew and their spouses and children and many cousins, extended family, and great friends.
She is preceded in death by her father and mother Peter Joseph and Muriel Mae Kaminski of Lindenhurst, Illinois.

The family will welcome friends and family on Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 5pm – 8pm at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home; 2950 Cobb Parkway N Kennesaw, GA 30152.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday December 4, 2021 at 2pm at Christ Episcopal Church; 1210 Wooten Lake Road Kennesaw, GA 30144.
Private burial will be held at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia at a date yet to be determined.
