Ann Margaret McClure

Ann Margaret McClure, age 55, of Acworth, Georgia passed away on Friday, August 20, 2021. Ann was born April 1, 1966 in Fort Fairfield, Maine to Patsy Ratliff McClure and Douglas McClure. Our family wants to thank everyone for the continued prayers and support over the past few weeks. When you think of Ann, you think of courage, strength and love but most of all you think of a mother. Everyone who knows Ann knew her greatest joy and accomplishment was her daughter Jonna. She loved being a mother and got to see all of Jonna’s milestones and achievements. Ann loved her family with her whole heart! She loved her friends and family by spending time with them, making memories with them, and by helping them. Ann was a hard worker and was always dedicated to her profession in the dental field. Her patients were her family too! In addition to loving her family and friends, Ann loved listening to her 70’s music, she loved shopping, going to the beach and celebrating the people she loved. Ann impacted people’s lives and hearts beyond our imagine. Her family will continue her legacy for the years to come!

Ann is survived by her daughter, Jonna and her loving husband Chip Metzger of Acworth, Georgia; her father, Douglas and his wife Sherry McClure of Taylorsville, Georgia and her mother, Patsy Ratliff McClure of KY; a sister, Penny McClure of KY; brothers, Patrick Drane of KY and Rodney (Beth) McCart of Macon, GA; her granddaughter, Remington Metzger and her grandson Rhett Metzger.

A visitation for Ann will be held Monday, August 23, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 3:00 PM, from the Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home Chapel. A burial will occur Tuesday, August 24, 2021 following the service at Pine Ridge Memorial Park.
