Andrea Frances Bailey

Mrs. Andrea Frances Bailey, age 67, of Acworth, GA., passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2017. Mrs. Bailey was born on February 7, 1950 in Panama, a daughter to the late Frances Ernest Westley and Ermyn V. Quarless Westley.

Mrs. Bailey spent most of her life in New Jersey. She married the love of her life, Mr. John Bailey in 1984; the two built a beautiful life together and shared countless memories. Andrea was an Administrative Secretary at the Bank of New York for many years. The two moved to the Cobb County area in 2015 and settled with the rest of their family. Outside of working and raising her family, some hobbies she enjoyed were taking pictures, traveling, and shopping. It is very rare in life that you come in contact with an individual and know immediately they can be called a friend; Andrea was definitely one of those people. Her zest for life was contagious and her unique radiance captured the hearts of everyone she came in contact with. If you asked Andrea where she received such joy, she would quickly tell you it was because of the love of Jesus in her heart; she enjoyed attending church on Sundays at Victory Church and listening to gospel music. Though the world saw her as vibrant, her family saw her as the rock that was consistently steadfast and unwavering in her love, faith, and devotion. Andrea was a wonderful Christian, wife, mother, and grandmother; she will certainly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Andrea is survived by her dedicated husband of thirty two years, John Bailey; daughter, Anaika Scott and husband Mario; stepson Jonathan Bailey and wife Rebecca, grandchildren, Brandon, Devin, Jonathan, Jarett, Jalyn, Jacob, Jeremiah, Joshua and Jonathan Jr.; one great granddaughter, Ashlyn; two brothers, Alvin Cameron and Tito Cameron, wife Yvonne; two sisters, Vielka Josephs and Antonieta Westley; several nieces and nephews also survive.

A Celebration of Life Service will take place at two o’clock in the afternoon on Friday, March 24, 2017 in the Chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home with interment following in the Pine Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery.
