Lois Elaine Wagar McGregor

Lois is survived by her beloved husband David; son Neil McGregor; daughters Deborah (Shane) Brown, and Shelly (Grant) VanderMye; grandchildren Ethan, Madison, Brittany, Vanessa, Tiffany, Persia and Ivana; and extended family.

She was predeceased by her parents John and Herta Wagar.

The focus of her life was her family and her faith in Jehovah.She served Him faithfully to her death. Her zeal for the ministry allowed her to meet people and touch many lives. She lived a full life, always busy, usually helping someone. Living on 5 acres, she found enjoyment working in her garden, tending to her flowers. The love of animals gave her a purpose and a passion. She loved her many dogs, cats and her beloved bunnies … no strays left behind.

An avid reader of alternative medicine, she loved to doctor herself and others. She loved to shop, and could be often found at Value Village, finding a deal. There was always a phone call to meet for coffee, or go for dinner. She always enjoyed a good meal.

Mom went too soon, and will be missed everyday. There are no words to describe our loss. As a family, we are united in our faith; we will be together again.

A memorial service for Lois will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday February 14, 2015 at The Kingdom Hall, 1880 Dallas Road, Kelowna, BC.
