Cathe Poulin

Cathe Adale Poulin was born June 4, 1949 in Brandon Manitoba and passed away Nov. 25, 2022 in Kelowna, BC.

She was predeased by her son Lucus Poulin, son Brock Poulin, granddaughter Alyssa McKenzie, parents Bill and Millie Wilton, and sister Christine Wilton.

She leaves behind her husband Glen Poulin, brother Neil (Carol) Wilton, and sister Faye (Grant) Gedge.

Cathe was a natural leader. She was president of the student council at Brandon Collegiate Institute, president of the student nurses at Misericordia Hospital in Winnipeg, Man., organizer and president of the Manitoba Association of Registered Nurses in The Pas, Man., and long time president of the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses in Yorkton, Sask.

Cathe was a caring and supportive wife, mother and friend. She will be greatly missed.

Thanks to the staff on Apple Grove and Peach Trail at Brandt's Creek Mews for the wonderful care they gave Cathe while she was there.

Please think of Cathe when you hear “Imagine” by John Lennon. It was her favorite song.
