Sarah Katherine Martin

She was born August 28, 1944, in Keene, NH, the daughter of Edward A. and Julia C. (Sullivan) Keating, III. She was a graduate of Penn State, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in French and Accounting. She worked for many years as an LNA for the Elliot Community Hospital in Keene.

Throughout her life she faced many challenges, however over the past several years she had found a welcoming and supportive community at Keene Center Genesis.

She is survived by her daughter: Rachel Malca of Florida, her son Benjamin Foley of Massachusetts, three grandchildren: Carmen, Isaac and Jacob.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at St. Bernard Church, Main Street, Keene, NH at 11:30am. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery, Keene, NH. Family and friends are invited to call on the family from 10am to 11am on Wednesday at the Foley Funeral Home, 49 Court Street, Keene, NH. A Celebration of her life will also be held at Keene Center Genesis, 677 Court Street, Keene, NH at 3pm on Wednesday, September 27, 2017.
