His parents, Rhonda M. (Miller) and Gregory E. Felumb, welcomed their son into the world on April 18, 1989, in St. Joseph, Missouri. Kelby grew up in West Chesterfield and was a 2007 graduate of Keene High School.
In his early years, Kelby loved to play baseball. He later developed a skill in skateboarding, one that he enjoyed immensely.
He loved to fish and hunt, especially the times he was able to spend with his father. He also enjoyed watching football games with his dad, but if truth be told, it was the special memories created with his father during these times.
Kelby had a great smile and a huge heart. He loved everyone for what they were, and expected nothing in return. His family meant the world to Kelby, and his nieces and nephews found a special place in his heart.
He will be greatly missed by many in New Hampshire and his cherished family in Missouri. He is survived by his parents of West Chesterfield; his sisters, Kecia Stone and her husband, Matthew, of Keene, NH, Kalea Felumb of West Chesterfield; his nieces and nephews, Trenton Stone, Brixton Stone, Kinsley Stone, Skyler Shippee, Mason Shippee, Owyn Shippee: his aunts, Lurita Sherman of St. Joseph, MO, Kim Hoeppner and her husband, Bruce, of Richmond, MO, Robin Benedict and her husband, Darrell, of Oregon, MO; his uncle, Randy Miller and his wife, Lori, of Mound City, MO; and several cousins and extended family members in Missouri. His maternal grandparents, Gene and Beverly Miller; his paternal grandparents, Barbara Hall and Kenneth E. Felumb; his aunt, Rhonda Lou Felumb; and his cousins, Melanie Sherman, Kevin Quinn and Cody Yanks, predeceased him.
A celebration of Kelby’s life will be held on Friday, June 14, 2024, from 5:00 to 7:00pm at the Foley Funeral Home, 49 Court Street, Keene, NH. All are welcome.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kelby’s memory to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023.
