Terri was passionate in her Christian faith and was a proud member of Redeemer Community Church since its founding in 1998. She was an integral part of her community: involved in her son’s many school activities, serving as the band mom for Cinco Ranch High School and was elected to be PTA President for Rylander Elementary. Terri loved to help others and used her love to influence the people the Lord placed in her path, but her most rewarding and precious work was being a devoted mother. She never met a stranger and was a blessing to everyone she knew. Only God truly knows how many hearts she touched and she will be forever missed.
Terri is survived by her husband of 33 years, Steven Drenth; her son, Tyler Drenth; daughter-in-law, Shelby Drenth; brother, Jeff Simon and her sister-in-law, Cindy Simon.
Terri was preceded in death by her father Stanley Simon, and her mother Bernice Simon and her brothers, Larry Simon and Mark Simon.
The Drenth family would like to give a special thanks to Redeemer Community Church, MD Anderson Cancer Center, and Hospice Plus.
The Visitation for Terri Lynn Drenth will be held this Tuesday evening, March 15, from 6:00-8:00 p.m., at Redeemer Community Church.
The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 16, at 1:00 p.m., at Redeemer Community Church.
The Graveside Service is still to be determined. Any and all are welcome to attend the visitation and funeral. If you would like to send flowers, feel free to send them directly to Redeemer Community Church to be displayed for the visitation and funeral service.
