Ruth Marie Ross

Ruth was born in Mercer, Missouri. She was preceded in death by; her parents Louisa & Ray Millemon (Mercer, MO); her husband Keith Alan Ross (Houston, TX); brother Fred Millemon (Princeton, MO.); sister Mary Aslanides (Overland Park, KS); brother George Millemon (Bethany, MO); sister Ella Snell (Springfield, MO); niece Mary Jane Merrill (Merriam KS); great nephew Cole Merrill (Cameron, MO).

Ruth's working career: elementary school teacher in northern Mercer, MO; short-hand instructor at Chillicothe Business College; staff positions with Great Lakes Pipeline (Kansas City), Chevron Oil (Denver, CO) and Shell Oil (Houston, TX).

A Celebration of Life for Ruth will be held Friday, May 5, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Katy Funeral Home, 23350 Kingsland Blvd, Katy, Texas 77494. A luncheon reception will immediately follow from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The committal service is scheduled for 1:00 PM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, Texas 77038 where Ruth will join her beloved husband Keith.
