Patricia Lynn Jones

Patricia Lynn Jones, 66, of Katy, Tx passed away on December 17, 2023. She was born in Helena, Arkansas on May 4th, 1957 to Jesse D Hodges Sr and Geraldine Hodges. Patricia obtained a degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix. She provided accounting/data entry services for various companies. She was a lover of God. Patricia was a member of Covenant For Life International Church, where she attended regularly. She thoroughly enjoyed singing and dancing to Gospel and Rhythm & Blues music. She loved helping people, whether they needed a place to stay, a home cooked meal, financial assistance, or a listening ear, she was always there. The gift that she often shared with friends and family, was her love of cooking. Mama Pat or Ms. P as loved ones liked to call her, was an amazing cook. She was always willing to cater family gatherings and events whenever the opportunity presented itself. She has provided many recipes to friends and family that will continue to live on.

Patricia was Preceded in death by Keith Jones Sr. (Husband) and Ronald Hodges (Brother). She is survived by Marcia Hurst (Sister) and brother-in-law Eugene Hurst, Robyn Hodges (Sister), Jesse D Hodges Jr (Brother), Robert Jackson (Son), Miesha Jones (Daughter), and Keith Jones Jr.(Son), and a host of grandchildren and nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. She will truly be missed.
