A visitation only will be held from 4-7pm Monday, December 30th at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Rd, Kansas City, MO. Casual, nothing formal.
Robert was born on September 9, 1985 to Jimmy J. Smith and Linda Sue (Noble) Smith. He was employed as an Electrician with Raymore Peculiar School District.
Growing up, Rob played football and Soccer in the Shawnee Mission School District. He was a friend to everyone. He was always happy and loved to keep busy. His sister, Michelle, was his biggest fan. Rob was her protector, best friend and greatest supporter. He was his mother’s pride and joy, and the apple of his father’s eye. He was our shining star.
Rob married Jovita I. Herrera. Together, they had 6 children. He loved his family more than anything in the world and was greatly loved by all of them. He will forever be in our hearts, and always near.
Rob was preceded in death by his Grandparents, William D. and Della (Compton)Noble, and Charles W. Smith.
Rob is survived by his wife, Jovita Smith, and children, Victor, Nadia, Catarina and Lincoln, Briana and Tony. His parents, Jim Smith and Sue Noble Smith, his sister, Michelle Smith, Grandfather, Shelby Hamilton, Grandmother, Shirley Smith, Uncles, Aunts and many cousins.
