Oh my dear Rebecca.  The first words that come to mind when I think of you are funny and naughty laughter.  Also "Companions of Shame".  I especially love the times when you told stories that were so hilarious that you would have tears running down your face.  Often it would take you several laugh breaks in order to finish the story and you had us all laughing right along with you.  I am lucky and enriched to have known you.  Thank you for being a sweet, funny friend.

So sad to have had  this news arrive to us in Australia 
Rebecca was a great spirit and always up for fun - we shared some good times and although so often it was just for a meal every other year Rebecca  always made you feel special.
It is sad to think she never made it to OZ to visit because she would have wanted to party and we would have had a great time
Sadly missed by her devoted and loyal sister and brother she leaves a hole in our hearts
She loved her cats and vintage clothes so my last glorious image of her is in an elegant  black coat with large fur collar so befitting a lady that she was

Oh Rebecca, you were the "life" of everyone's party.. Your beautiful smile,that wicked laugh and your craziness that we all treasured about you..
   I will miss those crazy times in San Francisco and miss seeing you next time in Missouri .. I will cherish the last time in KC with you and Sally and looking at the Vintage shops and trying things on and you coming out with that Leopard skin house coat/ evening attire and asking Sally and I if it suited you...Naturally we said "Yes Darling, it's you and of course you were the only one who could do it justice..

Thank you Rebecca for all the fun times . You are so loved and will be so missed by all who knew you.. My love to Sally and Tyler and precious thought are with you both right now.  Hugs to you both..

Ever since I met her in high school, Rebecca was the source of more entertainment than anyone else I've known. She had a truly unique and magical personality. I loved her and I will miss her. Thank you for the memories Rebecca.

What a friend! Rebecca, thank you for being loyal and supportive, for being a good listener, for being engaged in life like nobody's business! Your friendship lifted me up many times, in many ways. Thanks for coming to visit Alfredo and me when we lived in Mexico--you and Sally brought a lot of joy to our lives. I'm so grateful for all the good times we had. I'll remember them fondly and will remember you with love always.

Rebecca, you're one of my oldest friends, going way back to the Springfield days and when you'd come up to Kansas City and go to concerts with your sis. Later on, the two of you were there for Peter and me in a big way in San Francisco. We had so many good times over the years! I'll miss your laugh and your sense of humor. With lots of love...

And so, Rebecca's journey continues ... Dancing all the way.
So many fond memories always mixed with her gift of laughter. Rebecca lives through all of us who experienced the supreme sweetness of her friendship. Thinking of Sally, Tyler and all her friends who will miss her so very much.

Rebecca, Although I have lived far from you for many years I have so many fun memories, crazy events in the Valentine neighborhood, and our tattoo parlour visit to keep you close in my heart.

I was enchanted with Rebecca from our first date. She was beautiful, stylish, funny and loving. Her laugh brightened up my day. We had so much fun during those two years together and we were so in love. I find some comfort in the fact that she did not pass away lonely and forgotten. There were many who loved her and cared about her until her last breath. I can not express how deeply I will miss her.

First dear Kenny, and now precious Rebecca.  Our old San Francisco gang is mourning the loss of such a beautiful spirit.

Was saddened to hear of the loss of dear Rebecca.  She was always such a joy to have in the salon and we will truly miss her free spirit.  Our thoughts and prayers are with Sally, Tyler and Bob during this time of sadness. May your memories bring you comfort.

My sincere condolences to the family of Rebecca Mason. Rebecca was a very sweet lady with a cheerful smile.

Rebecca - I am thankful that I got to know you through the years. Such a wonderful person, you will be missed.

Rebecca was a great friend and I will miss her forever. My thoughts are with the family. I will remember all the great times we had together and she will always be a part of my life.

Rebecca was my very best friend in the whole wide world, for almost 30 years.  She will continue to be in my heart and soul forever.
