Dr. Raymond F. Cook, 83, of Raymore, MO passed away peacefully on August 6, 2021 at home.
Ray was born April 24, 1938 in Muskeegan, MI to Marshall and Frances (Cady) Cook. Ray is survived by his wife Wanda Davis-Cook, daughter Rhea Anne Martir, Stepson Jon Davis, wife Jennifer and grandson Isaac Davis. He is also survived by sisters Shirley VanSumeren, Frances Cook and Deborah Robbins. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Marcia Cook, brothers Dennis Cook and Bruce Cook.
A celebration of Ray's life will be held at a later date.
