I posted this on Facebook, but wanted to share this memory of such an independent lady. She decided one day that she wanted to learn how to tuck point the brick on her house and since that is one of the things my husband does, she asked if he would come teach her how to do it. She wanted to be able to do it herself, so we went over to her house on a Saturday and my husband proceeded to show her how to do it *making a mess on her sidewalk, but she didn't care!). She was so excited and loved learning new things. She had such a joy in all things and I will never forget our sweet Monica. Always in my heart, forever in my mind. Love you so much!

I’m so sorry to hear of the loss of Monica. God bless your family during the loss of your matriarch, a devoted matriarch and grandmother. Monica was such a kind person, I’m so fortunate to have known her since our school days. I pray her soul is at eternal peace with our Lord and Savior. To Michael, please stay strong and continue to stay safe for your family. God bless the family.

I am so sorry to hear of Monica's passing. I met her through Mary Winger,  while working at Cobraguard/iTedium around 2016-17.  Monica was always kind, personable, and looked to me to be  very knowledgeable in her work. To hear she died from COVID makes me angry; she deserved to be with you all for longer! My deepest condolences to you; your pain won't cease, but may your hearts be lifted with every memory of her with you. 

Monica was a kind and gentle woman with a big heart.  She will be missed around the office. Adios mi dulce amiga. May she rest in peace and rise in Glory!

Michael, my condolences to you and all your family —glad got to see both of you at your home and visit about the Chiefs while they were playing on TV before leaving with the tamales I ordered!  May Monica Rest In Peace—God wanted her Home.....and He will comfort those left behind.

Monica and I were classmates before she married my cousin Michael. Her sweetness and gentleness and awareness of self and others throughout her life always impressed me. She kept in close touch with everyone she cared about, and above all, she was as perfect a wife and mother as one can be. My prayers and thoughts to the family now and forever. 

We shared so many memories.. the cruise we went on together.. the fun times at work and Mitch showing you how to tuck point! The breakfasts you always brought us made our day! There is no replacement for you, my dear friend.

I will miss you forever and think of you often.

My prayers go out to her family. I’ve known Monica for a long time and she was always smiling and easy to talk to. She was involved in many things and did a great job raising her children. I called on her and Michael when they had their deli and she made it easy to take care of her. She will be missed dearly !!! Rest In Peace my friend. 

Where do I begin.......4th grade. When Sacred Heart,Guadalupe, and Cathedral schools consolidated. Monica was always so friendly, always so involved, and always blessed!   As an adult , all her good qualities "shined" everywhere she went.  I just loved visiting with her at church, she spoke to everyone. 
What an outstanding woman! Just look at her beautiful family, wow, how did she do it! 
Rest in peace my homegirl, your work is done.

My deepest condolences to the Bustamante Family and Arroyo Family and may our prayers help bring you comfort.  I will never forget her kindness.  May God give her eternal rest and the family strength to bear this great pain. 

Arroyo/Bustamante Families, my heart breaks knowing Monica will no longer grace us with her prescence. I will always remember her graciousness, kindness, her smile, and the way she carried herself.
