Our wonderful child Logi Bear lost his battle with congenital muscular dystrophy and went to heaven on February 12, 2013. Those who were privileged to know him will remember his happiness, his courage, his love of music and other children and the strength of will that allowed him to fight the effects of his disease for his 17 months of life. Whether with his loving family and many friends or during his hospital stays, his calm and peaceful disposition and ready smile endeared him to all. His life will continue through the organs that he donated for medical and research purposes.
Visitation will be held from 7:30 – 9:30 pm on Friday, February 15 with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am on Saturday, February 16. Both will be held at St. Thomas More Church, 11822 Holmes, Kansas City, MO. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Lenexa, KS following the Mass of Christian Burial.
