Judith Ann Reynolds Ehrhardt, 67, Topeka, KS, passed away March 4, 2014 at a hospital in Topeka. Funeral services are 1:00 PM Saturday, March 8th at the McGilley Antioch Chapel where a visitation will begin at 12 Noon. Burial will follow the service in Crown Hill Cemetery, Excelsior Springs, MO.
Judith was born September 30, 1946 in Springfield, IL to John S and Oneita J (Standage) Reynolds. She was baptized at the Episcopal Cathedral Church of St. Paul in Springfield. Judith previously was employed as an attendant for Eastern Airlines and then worked for more than 30 years as a child care provider as she accompanied her husband, Elvin, to many Air Force stations around the globe. They were married February 14, 1976. Judith belonged to the NCO Wives Club, U.S. Air Force. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Clarence E. Ehrhardt.
Survivors include her husband, Elvin E. Ehrhardt of the home; 3 daughters, Jodie L. (Thomas) White, Colorado Springs, CO, Nichole M. (Mike) Knapp, Owens Cross Roads, AL, and Christina J. (Patrick) Kerr of Hale, MO; 3 grandsons, Tommy, Jake and Aric; 6 granddaughters, Danielle, Lauren, Taylor, Emry, Sadie and Randa; 3 great-grandsons, Landon, Connor and Carter; sisters, Sharon (Bruce) Ernest, and Cindy Morgan, both of Coffeen, IL; mother-in-law, Ilean Ehrhardt, Blue Springs, MO; sister-in-law, Linda (Kevin) Butler, Blue Springs, MO; brother-in-law, Mike (Rhonda) Ehrhardt, Gladstone, MO and Jimmy Ehrhardt, Blue Springs, MO. Pallbearers will be Mike Knapp, Tom White, Tommy White, Patrick Kerr, Jake Kerr, and Darrell Lipka.
