Jerry Lee Krieger of Independence, MO, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at the age of 73. He was born on April 22, 1951, in Columbus, Nebraska, and grew up in Lincoln.
He graduated from Lincoln Northeast High School in 1969.
He worked as a Telecommunications Engineer at LT&T, Alltel, and Sprint until he retired in 2014.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dale and Jean Krieger, and his in-laws, Glen and Victoria Hupka.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years Gaylen; two brothers; Tom Krieger, Jim Krieger (Gwen); children Jeffrey (Melanie) Krieger, Amy (Joe) Marks, and Jill (Jeff) Haught; grandchildren Theodore, Justin, Aubrey, Madelyn, Caitlyn, Jackson, and Isabella; and his beloved dog Max.
