A gathering will be held to celebrate Jeff’s life from 2-3:30PM Saturday, October 26th 2024 at McGilley Antioch Chapel. At a later date, Jeff will be laid to rest with his wife, Sherri Miller, at Fort Leonard Wood Veterans Cemetery, Waynesville, MO. Flowers are welcome to the service or a donation in Jeff’s memory to the Disabled American Veterans or Wounded Warrior Project.
Jeff was born August 21, 1965 to Robert and Julia Ann Miller in Kansas City. He was a veteran in the U.S Army and retired following 25 years as a Master Sergeant. Jeff served both in Iraq and Afghanistan. In his early tour of duty Jeff was a Combat Engineer.
Jeff loved the Kansas City Chiefs and was always passionate about his family and friends. He has always been the life of the party and always willing to help anybody who needed it. Jeff was the best father anyone could ask for and was always there to give advice or just be a shoulder to cry on. He always put all his energy into his work while in the Army or at Purdum Construction where he worked until he passed. He will be missed by so many but he wouldn’t want anyone to dwell on losing him, he would want us to be happy and to cherish the memories we had together.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Julia Ann; his wife, Sherri in 2012, and step-daughter, Annastasia Marie Hall.
Survivors include his daughter Tabbytha Clausen and husband Jordan Clausen, grandchildren Lucy and Maxwell Clausen; his father, Robert Miller and wife Zandra; brothers, Greg and Chris Miller and a niece Amanda Haun and numerous other close family and friends.
