She was born July 26, 1938 in Webb City, MO. The daughter of Theo Shirden and Emma Lorene (Clements) Morain. One of 10 children.
She married David G Fullhart on June 1 1958 at Marlborough Baptist Church, Kansas City, MO
She was the mother of 3 children, Scott (Deceased), CInda and Brad Fullhart.
She has been a member of First Baptist Church of Grandview since 1964. She served as Church Hostess for 5 years and as a Sunday school secretary for 20 years starting in 1969
She was an avid worker being one of 10 children and started working at the age of 13. She ran her own purse business “Purses by Glenda” for 15 years. She also had an antique business and had booths at several antique malls until there was EBay. Then she closed her mall business and sold many items on EBay. She sold her former Pastor Roger Goodwin 1956 Ford Thunderbird on EBay so he could donate the money to First Baptist Church building fund. It was named for him “The Goodwin Faith Center”.
She had a strong passion for genealogy. She started a tree on ancestry.com “Clements, Fullahart, Davis, Wheeler, Hackathorn, Orndorff, Morain, Witter, Metcalf and others done by Glenda. She worked on it every chance she got. She loved doing it she said it was a game, a detective game. She liked detective tv shows and movies.
She is predeceased by her husband of 59 years David Fullhart in 2017 and her son Scott Fullhart in 1976
brother Mervyn Morain.
She is survived by her 2 children Cinda Metcalf (George) of Barry, IL and Brad Fullhart of the home, 1 sister Barbara Saltkill of Raymore, MO one step sister Jo Ella Wilcox and lots of nieces and nephews.
