Donna S. Howard

Donna Sue (Bixler) Howard was born June 27, 1932, to Paul and Daisy Bixler in Morgan County, Missouri. She graduated from Versailles High School. She married Marshall Howard Jr. in Versailles, Missouri on June 4, 1950. Donna went to cosmetology school in Springfield, Missouri.

One of Donna’s favorite things was traveling. She enjoyed many trips with Marshall, but her favorites involved cruising. They cruised to Alaska, Europe, the Bahamas, Australia, the Panama Canal, and Hawaii. She also enjoyed family activities and supporting the grandkids as they were growing up at all their activities. Donna also enjoyed country and gospel music.

Donna leaves her husband Marshall, daughter Diana and son-in-law Gary, grandchildren Anne Kastelic (husband Zak), Amy McClain, and Nathan McClain (wife Sarah). She has two great-grandchildren Kaden and Kinsley Kastelic. In addition, she has many loving nieces and nephews. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sister (William David Bixler, Robert “Bob” Bixler, Pauline Huff, and Harold Bixler).
