He was preceded in death by his Parents Louis Emery Weaver and Marjorie Belle McGuire as well as his Brother David Dean Weaver.
He is survived by four daughters. Rachel (Kennedy) and Brian Parson of Versailles, MO; Devin (Weaver) and Ben Orendac of Kansas City, KS; Jessica Weaver of Lawrence, KS; Molly Weaver of Kansas City, KS; and several grandchildren.
Dan attend school in Raytown and joined the Marines in 1972 at the age of 18.
He was a longtime member of the Cement Masons & Plasterers’ Local Union 518. He was an extraordinarily hard worker and could pour concrete better than anyone around.
He was a die hard fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and lost plenty of money on them during their losing seasons but got to see them win a Super Bowl twice! Go Chiefs!
He would never turn down a chance to eat crab legs.
He loved his friends and family very much.
