Beverly was born in Topeka, Ks in 1933. Her parents were Ted and Martha. Beverly went to Topeka High School and got her BS and MS degrees from Kansas State University.
Beverly is survived by her husband Larry Bilotta and 4 daughters; Pamela Rumble of Memphis, Rebecca Johnson of Kennesaw, Ga., Sarah Kiefer of Great Bend, Ks and Christina Weis of Kansas City, Mo. Her grandchildren include Sarah and Kelsey and Christine Johnson, Dr. Rachael Silverberg, Michael Silverberg, Molly Smith and Jonathan Weis.
Beverly was a foodservice administrator. She was Director of Foodservice for Olathe Public Schools then moved to the Crown Room at Hallmark Cards as a production manager and then food Service Director. Beverly became an accredited chef and was an expert specializing in Northern Italian Cuisine. She was a hostess extraordinaire sharing her culinary skills with friends and family. Bev was a volunteer at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts since opening date. Her ashes will rest in the Memorial Garden at Grace and Holy Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, at a date yet to be determined.
