Amelia Mae Rochat, 91, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2011. Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 a.m. followed by funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 12, at Mt. Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Holmes Road. Interment in Mt. Moriah Cemetery South. Mrs. Rochat was born February 19, 1919 in Chandler, Oklahoma, daughter of John and Ethel (Adams) Thornton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas L. "Roy" Rochat. She is survived by her son Thomas "Tom" Rochat, his fiancee', Shirley Johnson, extended family and friends.
