Noel “Beepoo” D. Blair, 83, of Kansas City, Kansas passed away July 9, 2021 at home surrounded by family. She was born May 10, 1938 in Joplin, Missouri and adopted by Russell and Gertie McCutcheon at the age of three months. Noel married Marvin D. Blair on July 13, 1954 in Kansas City, Kansas. They remained happily married until his passing in 1997.
Noel worked for Country Companies Insurance for 20 years until they closed the Kansas City office. She then started doing woodcrafts with her husband. She had a gifted talent in painting the crafts. Noel started working at Bonner Springs Ford in 1991 where she became office manager. She retired in 2014 when Bonner Springs Ford was sold.
Noel was in a CB club called ‘The Dummy Club’ for many years and made a lifetime of friends. She was fortunate enough to go on three Caribbean cruises with family and friends. She enjoyed season tickets to the New Dinner Theater and The Repertory Theater. For several years, she would go to Lodge of the Four Seasons at Lake of the Ozarks for a spa weekend. Her interest included crafts such as knitting, ceramics, porcelain dolls and quilting. She made several lap quilts that she donated to children at Children’s Mercy Hospital. She loved going out to eat with her friends. Noel taught Sunday School when she was a member at Grandview United Methodist Church. She joined Village Community Church in 2010. She was part of a ladies Bible study group that she hosted at her house and loved her ya ya girls.
Noel was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin D. Blair and her son, Mike D. Blair. She leaves behind her daughters, Terre (Bruce) Roberts and Jodi (Bob) Dulle; four grandsons, Scott (Brittny) Roberts, Shaun (Melanie) Roberts, Robert Dulle, and Brian Dulle; seven great-grandchildren, Avery, Addy, Brody, Grayson, Blair, Avery (Nugget), and Porter; and her beloved beagle, Gracie.

A visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 am followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 North 94th Street, Kansas City, Kansas 66112.
