Nina Dean Mitchell

Nina Dean Mitchell, 65, of Gladstone, MO went to be with the Lord Thursday, June 3, 2010. She passed away at North Kansas City Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 7, 2010 at the Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home. Burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 a.m. Monday prior to the service at the funeral home. Nina was born on July 12, 1944 in Mena, AR to Dwain and Eldean (Lauver) Jackson. She was a devoted housewife and homemaker. She is preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her high school sweetheart and loving husband of nearly 50 years, Kenneth Mitchell, two daughters: LaDonna Little (Dwayne), Tammy Burris and one sister: Cloma Walker (David). Left behind to cherish her memory are her four grandchildren: D.J. Little (Laura), Brett Little (Sherri), Mitchell Little (Debbie) and Nina Burris, along with four great grandchildren: Brylee Little, McKaya Little, Jacob Little, and one on the way.
